A class is at the core of all the functions that a Teacher is provisioned on Lessonbee platform.

A Teacher can either be associated with an Administered Organization or can choose to try out Lessonbee platform on her own subscription (Private Subscription)

For the cases, where you are using Lessonbee platform over a Private Subscription, you do have the ability to create a Private Class and get started with trying out amazing features that come along.

In order to create a Private Class, please follow the steps as described below:

Navigate to the My Classes page and click the Create Class icon. Select Private Class from the dropdown.

Fill in the appropriate information:

Class Name
Class Type (this will already be filled in as Private Class)
Duration/Units of the duration (minutes, hours, days, etc.)
Primary Teacher (this will be filled in with your name)
Co Teacher (this is optional)
Grade System
Class Description
Class Thumbnail

Once you have filled in the information, click Save & Next.

Fill in the appropriate information:

Module Name
Module Description (this is optional)

Once you have filled in the information, click Save & Next.

Fill in the appropriate information:

Unit Name
Select Module (you will be able to select the Module you created in the previous step)
Unit Description (this is optional)

Once you have filled in the information, click Save & Next.

In this step, you will be able to select exiting lessons to put into your Private Class.

Select the Unit you created previously so the Lessons can be assigned to that Unit.

You can search for a specific lesson with the search bar. Select the Lessons you want to include in your Class and click the Add Lesson button.

If you want to save your Private Class but not create it yet, you can click the Save As Draft button and come back to it later.

Otherwise, once all the above steps are completed, the teacher can then complete the Class creation by clicking the Save Class button.
